Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery times

We prepare your order within 1–3 business days of receiving your payment. Estimated delivery times after that:

United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 8–15 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. At busy times (Black Friday, Christmas) or during public holidays they may be a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take a few days for the first tracking updates to appear. If your order contains more than one item, it may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Import taxes

Import taxes are prepaid on orders to these countries, so you shouldn't have anything extra to pay on delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for an import charge, please contact us before paying it.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to correct it. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us at hola@regalalo.store and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
