90-day money-back guarantee

You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to return it for any reason and get a full refund of the price you paid.

The bracelet must be returned in good condition, undamaged and with all its parts, in its original packaging where possible. Trying it at home and pairing it with the app is absolutely fine.

How to start a return

Email us at hola@regalalo.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us: parcels sent without a return request cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please declare the parcel as "returned goods" and include your order number. We're not responsible for parcels held at customs or for charges caused by a return that was declared incorrectly.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us at hola@regalalo.store with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. In many cases you won't even need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you and process your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Shipping is free, so nothing is deducted. If you bought two bracelets with the "Buy 2, save 15%" offer and return one, we refund the discounted price you actually paid for that bracelet.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no cost before it ships. Email us as soon as possible and we'll refund you in full.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, which it does not replace or limit. If you live in the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you live in Australia or New Zealand, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
